Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site in a Baltimore-area TurboTax location. You will provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice while leveraging the full Intuit ecosystem to deliver end-to-end client solutions.

As a community-focused professional, you will grow local client relationships, participate in outreach events, and collaborate with specialists to address personal and business tax needs, ultimately driving client loyalty and prosperity.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN holder required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns with professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
