Job summary

Intuit seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to perform on-site tax preparation and advisory work with local clients in Maryland. You will handle personal and business tax scenarios, partner with a network of specialists, and help grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.

You will join a team providing in-person and virtual support, leveraging Intuit tools to deliver personalized tax solutions and guidance. Training and community activities are part of the role.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return filing experience (30+ federal/state forms) using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador, growing local client base through outreach and events.
• Coordinate with specialists (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) for holistic advisory services.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience in client meetings and reviews.
