Intuit seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to prepare tax returns and provide expert advice at a local TurboTax location in Maryland. You will serve clients in person and virtually, collaborating with tax and advisory specialists to deliver end-to-end services.

You will build a local client base through community outreach, events, and referrals while utilizing TurboTax software to drive the client’s financial outcomes. Onsite hours typically 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with 20+ hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Must have active tax preparation experience with strong knowledge of tax laws (personal and business).
• Willingness to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Must reside in the United States and be able to work onsite the majority of time.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients across complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and community engagement.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services using TurboTax tools.
