Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts in one of our new TurboTax locations across the United States.

This role combines tax expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs. As a TurboTax - Local Service Expert, you will work on-site from a TurboTax location, serving in-person and virtual customers, and will be the connective tissue between customers

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Att’y with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community outreach and events.
• Connect clients to Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
