Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform full-service tax preparation and provide expert tax guidance at on-site TurboTax locations across the United States. You will engage with clients in person and virtually, delivering end-to-end tax solutions and educating the local market.

You will collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to expand the client base and ensure a seamless customer experience while supporting local community growth.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney credentials preferred and strong tax knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040s per tax season using professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients across simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with Intuit ecosystem partners to offer holistic financial services.
