Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Local Service Experts at one of our new TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide full‑service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support to both in‑person and virtual clients, collaborating with a broader team of tax professionals to deliver an end‑to‑end Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must reside within the United States.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, 20 hours/week minimum.
• Willing to complete required training and development.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use name/picture for advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Coordinate with a team of specialists to address client needs across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
