Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advisory support, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem to deliver end-to-end service.

As a trusted local advisor, you will grow the client base, host community events, and guide customers through personal and business tax scenarios, with training provided to upskill in bookkeeping and payroll. This is a full-time, on-site role.

Qualifications

• Active professional credentials in tax (EA, CPA, or attorney).
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040s per season.
• Willingness to work onsite at a TurboTax location and engage in community outreach.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients including complex tax scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and engagement.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
