Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will deliver hands-on tax preparation and guidance, and you will grow the local client base through community outreach and partnerships.

You will connect clients to the full Intuit ecosystem—bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services—while delivering best-in-class service in-person and via digital tools.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with tax preparation experience preferred.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow local client base through outreach, grass-roots marketing, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in-person and via Intuit tools.
