Intuit is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and personalized tax guidance at TurboTax locations in the United States. You’ll work with a team of financial professionals to deliver end-to-end tax services while expanding the local client base and leveraging Intuit resources for ongoing support.

The role emphasizes hands-on tax expertise, community engagement, and cross-sell opportunities across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state returns per season with professional software
• Familiarity with Circular 230
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax office 20+ hours/week
• Must complete all required training and development
• Willing to wear Intuit uniform and be featured in marketing
• Interest in building local community presence and content creation for TurboTax
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills a plus and beneficial for client interactions

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling varied tax scenarios
• Act as a local growth driver, building a new client base through outreach and community events
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning
• Build long-term relationships by understanding customers' financial pictures
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professional, empathetic service and clear communication
