Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete tax preparations, and support clients with tax software, while collaborating with a broader team of specialists.

You will grow the local TurboTax client base, deliver a best-in-class experience, and participate in community events. The role emphasizes local ownership and cross-service opportunities within Intuit’s ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA or attorney with strong tax prep knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years preparing 30+ federal/state individual returns

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Coordinate with team of tax, bookkeeping and payroll experts.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video.
