Job summary

Intuit Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax prep, expert advice, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem.

You'll build local relationships, grow the client base, and deliver end-to-end service using TurboTax tools, targeting 20 hours per week with a 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule. This role emphasizes community engagement and customer-centric tax support.

Qualifications

EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax prep experience.
Active PTIN to file taxes.
3+ years filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
Must work onsite 20 hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.
Training and uniform requirements.
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
Experience in holistic tax advisory services.
