Qualifications

• Must reside within the United States.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships; build long-term relationships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and empathetic service.
