Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while growing the local client base and connecting clients with Intuit’s broader advisory services. You’ll collaborate with a team of specialists, attend to personal and business tax needs, and help build long‑term relationships within your community.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach, events and community partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and maintain client relationships.
