Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated Tax Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations across the United States, delivering expert tax preparation and personalized guidance.

You will collaborate with a team of specialists to address complex tax scenarios, build local client relationships, and provide end-to-end support from intake to final filing. Strong communication and community engagement are required.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow local client base through outreach, grassroots marketing, and community partnerships.
• Coordinate with the broader Intuit ecosystem to connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
