Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will serve as the trusted advisor, developing local client relationships and guiding customers through Personal and business tax scenarios with a full-service mindset.

Role involves working onsite 20+ hours weekly, engaging with the community, and leveraging Intuit resources to deliver a seamless end-to-end experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients (personal and business).
• Identify deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and offer future tax planning.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and community engagement.
• Collaborate with Intuit ecosystem teams to deliver end-to-end service.
