Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will deliver hands-on tax preparation, personalized advice, and software support while growing a local client base and connecting clients with Intuit’s ecosystem.

The role focuses on full-service tax returns, complex scenarios, and a community-first approach, collaborating with a team of specialists to ensure a seamless end-to-end experience for every client.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location and meet schedule requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients including simple to complex tax scenarios.
• Develop and grow a local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with complementary Intuit services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in person and via Intuit tools, ensuring clients leave with a clear path forward.
