Intuit is seeking on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide full-service tax return preparation and expert tax advice. You will connect clients with a broader Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning, while growing a local client base and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience
• Active PTIN required by law
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software
• Familiarity with Circular 230
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory services
• Comfortable working onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20 hours/week
• Willing to complete training and development as required
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and allow name/picture use for advertising
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients including personal and business income, deductions optimization, amendments
• Lead discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan for future taxes
• Grow local client base through outreach, grass-roots marketing, referrals and community partnerships
• Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and Credit Karma within the Intuit ecosystem
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in person and via Intuit video tools
