Intuit seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax preparation and advice at a local TurboTax location. You will serve in-person and virtual clients, leveraging Intuit resources to deliver end-to-end service and build a growing local client base.

You will act as a community ambassador, engaging with local organizations and events to increase awareness of TurboTax services. This role requires onsite work, strong communication, and a commitment to exceptional client experiences.

Formación

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling a range of tax scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping and payroll.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and maintain professional standards.
