Intuit is hiring a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at a local TurboTax location in the United States. You will work on-site, serve both in-person and virtual clients, and collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll and advisory services.

You will grow the local client base, participate in community outreach, and ensure a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience through shared context with the broader team.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes is required by law.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040s per season with professional software.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Develop local client base through outreach, events, referrals, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to book-keeping, payroll and advisory services when appropriate.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in person and virtually.
