Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to perform in-person and virtual tax preparation and advisory services at a local TurboTax location in the United States. You will collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions and drive local client growth.

The role emphasizes hands-on tax expertise, relationship building, and leveraging Intuit resources to deliver Prosperity for customers and communities.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients across personal and business income.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
