Intuit, Inc. seeks motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide tax preparation and expert advice at a local TurboTax location across the United States.

You will handle in-person and virtual client needs, guide complex tax scenarios, and collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end service. You will grow the local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships, acting as the local face of TurboTax.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, with defined hours

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations
• Act as local ambassador to grow TurboTax client base and community partnerships
• Connect clients with complementary Intuit services such as bookkeeping and payroll
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional conduct and clear communication
