Intuit seeks a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at a local TurboTax location. You will engage with clients in person and virtually, building a complete financial picture and coordinating with specialists for end-to-end service.

You’ll drive local growth, establish relationships, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience while leveraging Intuit resources and marketing support.

Competenze

• EA, CPA, or Attorney preferred with strong tax prep knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• At least 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s using professional software.
• Willing to upskill to include bookkeeping and payroll services.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to complete training and adhere to requirements.
• Uniforms, use of name/picture for advertising may be required.
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.
