Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete returns, and collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end client experiences.

Beyond tax prep, you will grow the local client base through community events and referrals, leveraging Intuit resources to offer holistic financial services year-round.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and related regulations.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax office location.
• Open to upskilling into additional service types with training.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Play a proactive role in growing the local client base through outreach and community partnerships.
• Connect clients with complementary Intuit services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and resolve tax-related questions in clear, accessible language.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end client service.
