Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation and expert tax advice, working with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end service.

Beyond tax returns, you’ll grow the local client base, build lasting relationships, and act as the community ambassador for TurboTax. You’ll support marketing efforts and leverage Intuit resources to serve clients year-round.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Onsite at a TurboTax location, 8:00–17:00 local time, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training and uniform policy.
• Interest in building local and online presence for TurboTax.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients (simple to complex).
• Grow TurboTax client base in the local community and build long-term relationships.
• Serve as the local face of TurboTax, collaborating with marketing to drive engagement.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and guide clients to holistic solutions within Intuit ecosystem.
• Coordinate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services as needed.
