Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business income, deductions optimization, amendments.
• Be a community ambassador to actively build and grow a local customer base for TurboTax, organizing local events and networking gatherings.
• Develop a deep understanding of clients' complete financial picture and connect them with Intuit solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Build relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience, assisting with complex tax scenarios and future tax planning.
