Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide tax preparation, advice, and software support while expanding the local client base and connecting clients to additional Intuit services.

You’ll collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver a seamless, end-to-end experience for each customer, both in person and via virtual channels.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax returns experience using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for clients.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning when appropriate.
• Build lasting client relationships and deliver end-to-end Intuit support.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and virtually.
