Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location across the United States. You will provide tax expertise, complete preparation, and connect clients with Intuit’s ecosystem of services for year‑round support.

You will grow the local client base, host community events, and help clients understand complex tax scenarios while leveraging TurboTax tools and resources for a best-in-class experience.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Must reside in the United States and be able to work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients (personal and small-business).
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and community events.
• Collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience in client meetings and planning.
