Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide tax expertise, prepare returns, and connect clients with Intuit’s broader services while engaging with the local community to build trust and loyalty. You will collaborate with tax and advisory specialists to deliver a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience, supporting clients through life events and complex scenarios.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA or attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required for filing taxes.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping and payroll services.
• Deliver end-to-end customer experience in collaboration with specialists.
