Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice, handling a range of personal and business tax scenarios while coordinating with a broader team of specialists for a seamless client experience.

You will drive local growth, build relationships, and become the local face of TurboTax, leveraging Intuit resources to expand the client base and deliver year‑round support,

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ IRS 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory with training.
• Comfortable onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete all required training and wear uniforms.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, planning.
• Build relationships and deliver best-in-class customer experience.
• Interact in-person and via Intuit video tools.
