Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and expert guidance. You will serve clients in TurboTax locations and coordinate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver a complete Intuit experience.

You will help grow the local TurboTax client base, engage with the community, and uphold a high standard of customer service while making tax processes approachable for diverse individuals and small businesses.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax return preparation experience using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships in the community.
• Identify opportunities to introduce clients to additional Intuit services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with professionalism and clear guidance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end client support.
