Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join as TurboTax Local Service Experts in a local TurboTax location. You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete returns, and connect clients with Intuit specialists to deliver end-to-end service.

You will grow the local client base, build relationships, and support year-round tax needs in-person and virtually while meeting onsite hours and standards.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
• Assist in building lasting local relationships and representing TurboTax in community events.
