Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team. You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete tax returns, and help clients navigate complex tax scenarios in a local TurboTax location.

You will build a strong community presence, grow the local client base, and collaborate with a broad team to connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services. Onsite, full-time hours with potential peak-season expansion.

Qualifications

• Active professional tax credentials (EA, CPA, or attorney) and PTIN required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Develop local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships, acting as the local TurboTax face.
• Coordinate withIntuit specialists for integrated services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with clear, personalized tax guidance.
• Engage with customers in-person and via TurboTax video tools, addressing questions and challenges.
