Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while expanding the local client base and building long-term relationships in the community. You will collaborate with a team of specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid federal and state 1040 returns (30+ per season).
• Willing to upskill into supplemental service areas with training.
• Onsite presence required 20 hours per week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.
• Willing to complete training and development as required.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use name for advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients (simple to complex).
• Act as community ambassador to grow local client base and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning.
• Engage with clients to build long-term relationships and trust.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
