Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide tax preparation services, offer expert advice, and connect clients with a team of specialists to deliver a seamless experience.

The role emphasizes local growth, community engagement, and a strong focus on delivering a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual client interactions.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 1040s with professional software.
• Willing to upskill to additional services with training from Intuit.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax office 20+ hours/week and compliant with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, optimize tax liabilities, and offer future tax planning guidance.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with related specialists to deliver end-to-end service.
