Intuit Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, delivering hands‑on tax preparation and expert advice while connecting clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem.

You will collaborate with a team of financial professionals, support business customers, and help build local relationships through community outreach and face‑to‑face service.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns with professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office; 20+ hours/week; 8:00–17:00 local time.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients; handle personal and business returns and deductions.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow a local client base and build relationships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
• Utilize marketing tools and resources to drive local engagement and brand awareness.
