Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join as TurboTax Local Service Experts at a local TurboTax location. You will perform full-service tax return preparation and provide expert tax advice while engaging with the community to grow the client base.

Work is on-site with both in-person and virtual clients, and you collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and planning for year-round support.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN to file taxes required by law.
• 3+ years handling federal/state 1040 returns using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Coordinate with related experts to deliver end-to-end services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and remote engagements.
