Intuit is seeking energetic individuals to join us as TurboTax Local Service Experts at one of our new TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation and expert advice, serving on-site and with virtual clients, and collaborate with specialists covering bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

You’ll drive local client growth and build relationships in the community while leveraging Intuit marketing tools.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent/CPA/Practicing Attorney with tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3+ years of paid tax return preparation experience (30+ returns in season) using professional tax software.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and referrals.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for holistic advisory services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience onsite and virtually, maintaining professional standards.
