Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to join onsite locations across the United States. You will provide full‑service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support to in‑person and virtual clients.

As part of a collaborative team, you’ll connect clients with accountants, bookkeepers, and advisors, grow the local customer base, and deliver end‑to‑end TurboTax experiences while staying compliant and customer‑focused.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Willing to work onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, Monday through Friday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Grow TurboTax’s local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
