Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will deliver hands-on tax prep, provide expert advice, and connect clients with Intuit’s ecosystem of services, including bookkeeping and payroll.

You will build relationships in the local community, drive client growth, and ensure a best-in-class customer experience, guiding clients through complex scenarios with clarity and care.

Qualificações

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid returns (30+ federal/state) per season using professional software.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours/week, Mon-Fri 8:00–17:00 local time.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete return preparation for TurboTax clients across simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a local community ambassador and grow the local TurboTax client base.
• Collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Build lasting client relationships and ensure a top-tier customer experience.
