Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support while building lasting relationships with clients in your community. You’ll collaborate with a nationwide team to grow TurboTax’s local footprint, deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience, and help customers achieve positive financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service types such as bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business income, deductions, amendments.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and offer future tax planning advice.
• Grow TurboTax’s local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships while delivering end-to-end Intuit experiences.
