Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our local TurboTax locations. You will provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice, serving both in-person and virtual clients while collaborating with a broad team of specialists.

You will grow the local client base, build lasting relationships, and deliver a seamless Intuit experience. This onsite role offers a diverse, customer-focused environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Active tax preparation credentials are preferred (EA/CPA/Attorney).
• Experience filing 1040s for 30+ individual returns per season.
• Willingness to work onsite and maintain flexible hours during tax season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparations for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with specialists to address complex tax scenarios.
