Zusammenfassung

Intuit, Inc. seeks year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on-site team at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide full-service tax preparation and expert advice, serving both in-person and virtual clients, guiding them through complex scenarios and connecting them with additional Intuit services. As a local ambassador, you’ll grow the client base through community engagement, events, referrals, and partnerships, while delivering a seamless end-to-end TurboTax

Qualifikationen

• Active PTIN required for filing taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willingness to work onsite 20 hours/week, 8:00–5:00 local time, Monday–Friday.
• Upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services with training provided by Intuit.
• Must reside in the United States.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and be comfortable with advertising using your name/photo.

Aufgaben

• Provide Tax Expertise - Give hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador - actively build and grow a new local customer base through outreach and partnerships.
• Champion the Full Intuit Ecosystem - connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma.
• Build Relationships - develop long-term trust and recurring client engagements.
• Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience - ensure professional service and use video tools for remote interactions.
• Operate onsite with the team to deliver end-to-end TurboTax experiences.
