Intuit is seeking motivated Local Service Experts to provide tax preparation and advisory services at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will work onsite with a team of tax professionals, handling a range of personal and business tax scenarios while growing the local client base through community outreach.

This nonexempt, on-site role emphasizes direct client interactions, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and continuous training to expand services beyond tax filing.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA or law license and PTIN required.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax prep software.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with Intuit Ecosystem teams to connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, planning services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.
• Work onsite at a TurboTax location and participate in ongoing training and development.
