Intuit seeks energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location and help clients with personal and business tax needs. You will deliver hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while growing the local client base and representing Intuit in the community.

This full-time, on-site role emphasizes long-term client relationships, cross‑selling services, and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or practicing Attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax prep software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must be comfortable working onsite 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms.
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base and be a community ambassador for TurboTax.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping and payroll services.
• Build long-term relationships and ensure a best-in-class customer experience.
