Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks motivated Local Service Experts for TurboTax, onsite at a location in the United States. You will perform full-service tax preparation, provide expert advice, and collaborate with a broader team covering business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including complex situations.
• Act as a community ambassador, developing local growth and relationships through outreach and events.
• Connect clients withIntuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Build long-term relationships and drive customer loyalty with a local market focus.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
