Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts for on-site roles at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax prep and expert guidance, helping clients navigate complex filings with personalized advice.

You’ll grow the local TurboTax client base, collaborate with specialists, and deliver end-to-end service from first meeting to final review while meeting onsite hours and training requirements.

Qualifikationen

• EA, CPA, or attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Min 3 years filing 1040s with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory.
• Onsite presence 20 hours/week min, 8am-5pm local time.
• Willing to training and uniforms, advertising participation.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and end-to-end service.
