Job summary

Intuit is seeking Tax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations, providing hands-on tax preparation and expert advice for personal and small business needs. You will engage with clients in-person and virtually, building strong relationships and expanding local reach.

You will connect clients to the broader Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, while delivering a seamless, end-to-end customer experience.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00 hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and strengthen relationships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping and payroll when appropriate.
• Build lasting client relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
