Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking proactive Tax Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation and personalized advice while building a local client base in the community.

You will collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences. A strong client focus and willingness to engage in local outreach are essential.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including personal and business income, deductions, and amendments.
• Grow local client base as a community ambassador, including outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
