Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, providing hands-on tax advice and full preparation services for clients. You will connect clients with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, expanding the local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes as required by law.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00, Monday–Friday.
• Willing to complete required training and wear company uniforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including personal and business income, deductions, and amendments.
• Collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end Intuit experience.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Ensure a best-in-class customer experience using Intuit tools and video communications.
• Build long-term relationships and help clients achieve financial goals.
