Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide tax expertise, advisory services, and software support, serving both in-person and virtual clients. You will collaborate with a broader team covering business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver a seamless, end-to-end TurboTax experience.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Be a proactive community ambassador, growing local TurboTax client base and organizing local events.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.
